I grew up eating deviled eggs at every family gathering, and while the classic recipe will always hold a special place in my heart, I love experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
For this recipe, I wanted to take you on a journey around the world with four different versions of deviled eggs. Each version has unique flavors and ingredients that are inspired by different regions and cultures. 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1/2 cup brewed tea, cooled (black or green)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili flakes
Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Chopped chives for garnish
Garnish with Crab Meat

1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped cilantro for garnish

1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped kalamata olives
1 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped parsley

For each version, slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
In a mixing bowl, combine the yolks with the other ingredients for each version.
Use a spoon or piping bag to fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
Garnish each version with the suggested toppings.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
